Join us for another unique dance-fitness alternative for the sexy at heart. This is a ladies only affair providing light refreshments and a "laid-back" atmoshphere for a relaxing and "steamy" good time. This Xperience delivers some spice and fun with a toning workout and a sexy yet classy routine with the chair as your prop. Look good and feel great with exotic choreography and chair moves that will heat up any room. Dance experience is not not necessary and all shapes and sizes are welcome - so, bring a friend or two to share in the fun.
Dress to workout and dance. Bring a pair of athletic shoes, a pair of heels /stilettos, and an oversized button up shirt. Please, do not wear oversized "box" t-shirts during class/workshop. Fitted T-shirts or tank tops with shorts , leggings or capri pants recommended for wear during class/workshop.

Fees*: Bring your own folding chair - with no arm rests $15 per person or $25 per duo.
*Music Playlist & Choreography notes provided. Be one of the 1st ten registrants registered at least 10 days in advance and receive a free music CD. Most similiar/ comparable classes in the DFW area average $20+ per person per hour!
