Small apparatus and props may be included for more challenge and creative choreography. This ladies only affair will provide a brief break with light refreshments and enjoying the good company of others. It's "girl's time" for grown-ups. As always, all shapes and sizes are welcome and no dance experience is necessary - so bring along your friends to share in the fun! You'll have a "steamy" good time to remember! :)
Dress to workout. Wear leggings, capri/yoga pants or shorts with a tank top or fitted t-shirt. Please, do not wear oversized "box" t-shirts during workshop - it's helpful to see the silhouette of your body. Dance sneakers, ballet shoes, or barefoot is acceptable for practice/workout. Bring a men’s shirt, high heels/stillettos, and necktie or long scarf/boa for choreography portion of workshop.
*Most similiar/comparable classes in the DFW average $20+ per hour per person! Playlist available to all attendees. Be one of the 1st ten registrants registered at least 10 days prior to event and receive a free music CD of Tease songs from workshop.
