Monday, Tuesday & Thursday each week from 6pm to 6:55pm $90-$100 per month-to-month sessions (12-13 classes per session). Scheduled at the beginning of every month. First scheduled class only may be a free trial.
Location: Outdoors/ covered pavillion behind Kimbrough Stadium. Bring a set of 3lb-5lb hand weights and a yoga mat. Any additional equipment needed will be provided.
