Private Training Options 

We can provide classes, workshops, personal trainings and services for events or special occasions - personalized to meet your needs!to meet your needs!   Classes, workshops and group trainings and special event/occasion services are provided at a location available to us in Allen or off-site at your home/ clubhouse, workplace, church or community organization.  Personal fitness trainings may also be provided at Oak Point Recreation Center.   

Our regular standard rates are economically priced for individuals and groups.  To keep our services affordable for many clients, we offer incentive discounts and periodic promotions.  Contact us for specific fees and rates.
 



SCHEDULING AND RESERVATION FEE/ DEPOSIT
All appointments are scheduled in advance and must be reserved/guaranteed with a non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling or within 72-hours of scheduling - $20 for personal training or any private service for 1-2 individuals, $35 for any group fitness or movement arts training or lifestyle education workshop/service.  Deposits incur an additional charge of $15 for weekend appointments.  Appointments are not confirmed, secured or guaranteed and subject to being filled if a deposit is not received in advance.  Appointments that are not guaranteed by a deposit will be cancelled twenty-four hours prior to scheduled appointment. Deposit may be made on online via Credit card or Paypal or over the phone with a credit card or by mailed check.  Deposit will be applied to remaining balance of service(s). Twenty-four hour advance notice for rescheduling request and/or cancellation is required to retain full value of deposit.   No contract required - we provide signed agreement of fees and rates.  
 
SCHEDULING MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS
To schedule and guarantee multiple appointments, we require payment in advance for up to 4 appointments – no later than the 1st scheduled appointment.  To continue/renew recurring appointments, payment is due at the time of last paid appointment scheduled.  

For
travel clients unable to adhere to a relatively consistent recurring schedule for multiple appointments, a retainer of $100 is required in lieu of deposit policy.  Additional fee incurred for appointments rescheduled with less than twenty-fee hours notice (per training retainer agreement).  Full payment for each appointment and any applicable rescheduling fee is due at the time of each appointment. Retainer will be applied to last appointment(s) upon cancellation notice from client.  Retainer refund, as applicable, will be processed within 30-days following notice of cancellation.  Different terms are applicable to workplace wellness services.
 
RESCHEDULING REQUEST(S) AND CANCELLATION
In the event of client request to reschedule or cancellation, we request client to extend the courtesy of advance notice - a minimum of 24-hours notice.  Advance notice will allow client to retain the value of their non-refundable deposit and/or avoid rescheduling/cancellation fee(s) applied to pre-paid appointment(s).    As a general rule, reschedules are available for up to 30-days following request and are subject to availability. 

There are no “make-ups” or refunds for individuals that miss their group’s private session(s) scheduled.  Individual private session(s) for a group participant may be available to “make-up”, based on trainer availability, at a discounted fee.  Cancellations by assigned instructor/trainer may occur due to illness, injury or emergency situations.  In such case Compliments LLC may provide a substitute instructor/ trainer if available.  Should client need to cancel multiple pre-paid appointment(s) due to illness, injury, relocation, emergency situation, or other reason, a written request for cancellation is required and a refund, if applicable, may be issued after a written request for cancellation has been received.  Compliments LLC  reserves the right to request supporting documentation before  issuance of refund.  Refunds will be issued within 30 days following receipt of request for cancellation minus any applicable fees for missed/canceled/resched appointments (less than 24-hours notice) and a 15% processing & administration fee.  Different terms are applicable to workplace wellness services.

LOCATION
Appointments are scheduled to occur at client’s location (home, office or HOA/residential community center), Oak Point Center (as applicable for personal training) or a private location provided by Compliments LLC (East Allen).  Different terms applicable to workplace wellness services.
 
COMMUTE & TRAVEL
Fees are applicable to sessions that take place beyond a 12-mile radius of Allen (75002) - $10 per round trip for 12 to 17-miles.  $15 per round trip for 18 to 23-miles.  Applicable fees are due at time of service.  Contact us for quote for further distances.    

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS: 
Standard 10% discounts are applicable, unless noted otherwise, for each of the following:  
- current class participant or prior client within last 90-days 
- over 55 years of age 
- renewal  of private service(s) 
Multiple discounts may be grouped together or combined with a promotion, as applicable, but may not exceed a combined total discount of 20%.  Discount offer may be excluded, not applicable, to some promotions.  Auto-billing/credit card charges occur 48-hours in advance for group services and 24-hours in advance for personal services.  Discounts are not applicable to facility/location usage, cost of materials, workbooks food, commute & travel fees.

EQUIPMENT
Fitness Training:  Clients are encouraged to invest in basic equipment to support long-term fitness and an active lifestyle.  Basic equipment recommended and essential for effective, progressive and varied workouts for all fitness levels include: yoga mat or padded floor mat, plus handweights (medium to heavy), height adjustable step bench, resistance bands (two resistance options), large stability ball optional.  Most, if not all, basic equipment will be used every session. Trainer will provide, at no additional cost,  basic equipment and additional equipment that may be used during the session to include, but not limited to, core board, bosu/balance trainer, mini-balls, kettlebells, medicine balls and/or Pilates or Yoga small apparatus.  Sessions that require trainer to provide basic equipment for 3 or more participants may incur an additional fee (loading, unloading, storage, wear/ depreciation/ damage) payable at time of service.

Dance Lesson/ Choreography/ Event:
  Compliments LLC will provide at no additional cost, portable stereo system with 2 speakers.  Microphone and extra speakers are not included.

PAYMENT METHODS
Cash, Credit/Debit Cards and Checks Accepted.  Make checks payable to Compliments LLC.  There is a $15 fee for returned checks and/or chargebacks.
