Monday, Tuesday & Thursday each week from 6pm to 6:55pm $150 per 6-week sessions (17 classes per session) Location: Outdoors/ covered pavillion behind Kimbrough Stadium. Bring a set of 3lb-5lb hand weights and a yoga mat. Any additional equipment needed will be provided.
