Our Miss Fit program offers an array of classes and trainings for women of all fitness levels and different life stages. Our trainings utilize and/or incorporate elements of aerobics, weight-resistance, pilates, yoga, boxing and aquatic techniques to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance while toning and strengthening the body for a fitness workout.
With Miss Fit, you'll have your own Coach to keep you motivated, committed, and accountable; and you'll be in a group of women (with shared commonalities) that support and encourage you while you also support them. Whatever your fitness level, you can do this!
