Our classes and services are economically and competively-market priced at every location. We value every person and strive to take a personal approach to providing services at all locations. A variety of classes, days and times are scheduled at City of Plano facilities and City of Murphy Activity Center. Class purchases are specific to each 'city' location to ensure adequate space and avoid overbooking. If multiple classes are scheduled, "make-up" for any missed classes may or may not be available (within applicable city facilities) if there is space available - please check with the instructor before showing up. Note: City of Plano class purchases may not be used for City of Murphy or vice-versa, nor are class purchases for City of Plano or City of Murphy applicable to private or community classes at other locations to "make-up" or any other reason. Plano: Compliments LLC is an approved contractor for the City of Plano providing instructor(s) to teach multiple fitness/dance classes. Andy facilitates all Lifestyle Education classes and workshops provided at any location, in addition to personal training services offered specifically at Oak Point Center only. Classes at City of Plano facilities are scheduled months in advance on a session-by-session basis (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer) and dates vary for classes and class series scheduled each session- check City Leisure Guide schedule online or contact facility. Pre-registration is required and free-trials are not available. A limited number of Drop-In's are permitted for classes that are not full at higher 'per class' fee of $10. Classes are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of pre-registrations is not reached within 2 to 5 days of scheduled start date.
To ensure adequate participant space, appropriate liability and accounting for each class, class registrations are valid for specific class & location. Registration is processed on a session-by-session basis (for each class, workshop or class-series scheduled) by the City of Plano via Leisure Online at www.planoparks.org, or by telephone.

Drop-Ins are not permitted and new registrations will not be accepted after 50% of the class dates has passed. Classes in Murphy are scheduled on a session-by-session basis (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer) and start dates vary - check online.
Classes are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of pre-registrations is not reached within 2 to 5 days of scheduled start date.
