L.E.A.N. ESSENTIALS is a one-time, two-hour workshop that introduces the basic concepts of L.E.A.N. and is also available as 1 to 2-hour private session(s) for parents or caregivers of children ages 3-12. This option is ideal for busy parents who want to know more about the benefits of good nutrition in a live setting in a short amount of time. L.E.A.N. programs can only be facilitated by a Dr. Sears Certified Coach.

Private classes may be scheduled and are our way of letting you experience a lifestyle education activity with a group that you've hand picked - friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc. All you have to do is assemble your very own dream team and come up with a schedule & location that works for everyone!
