Our Signature Mind-Body formats are a mindful approach to "inside-out" fitness training that focuses on an individual's journey to embrace and maintain an active lifestyle....where they can 'find their Zen and enter the zone'. ZenFit is a personal experience that can inspire participants to experience the moment. All activity formats are designed to develop and maintain core strength and balance with movements that will tone the body, enhance strength, improve flexibility and endurance while increasing vitality.
Whatever your goal, you will find our ZenFit approach to Yoga and dance formats as a fresh and innovative option to improve fitness and implement physical lifestyle strategies you can live with for overall mind and body health. You'll find yourself self-motivated to do your best through movements that 'link muscle with mind'. Many find that the classes can also contribute to an individual's radiance, image confidence and youthfulness. Classes are either a contemporary fitness style of active, physical Yoga with elements of flow or a hybrid fusion of Yoga with dance methods and core conditioning techniques. All movements in all classes are appropriate for all levels and are modified to support all fitness levels, whether beginner or advanced, inexperienced or seasoned.
Community Classes are in Plano and surrounding areas. Private classes may be scheduled and are our way of letting you experience an activity with a group that you've hand picked - friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc. All you have to do is assemble your very own dream team and come up with a schedule & location that works for everyone!
