We can provide private, personalized individual and group services (class/training/workshop) at a location available to us in Allen/ E. Plano area or off-site at your home/ clubhouse, workplace, church or community organization. Any of our classes, workshops or trainings offered can be customized to meet your needs!
All services require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling to secure requested date(s) and service(s). If appointment is scheduled to occur within 72-hours of scheduling, then deposit is due with 24-hours of scheduling to confirm appointment(s) scheduled. Full balance is due at time of scheduled appointment.
To schedule and confirm recurring services and/or long-term training, advance payments (minimum of 4) are required to secure upcoming scheduled appointments and can be made by cash, check, or credit card. Discounts are applicable for each of the following: auto-billing/charge for advance payments of 8 or more appointments; prior/current class participant; or prior client within 90-days. Discounts may be combined with promotions, as applicable, but may not exceed a combined total discount of 30%. Auto-billing/credit card charge occurs 48-hours in advance for group services and 24-hours in advance for personal services.
Cancellations for group services require 48-hours notice. Cancellations for personal services require 24-hours notice. Cancellations with required 48 to 24-hours notice, as applicable, will receive an account credit equivalent to 100% of cancelled appointment for future use within 30-days of cancellation or a refund may be requested equivalent to 75% of cancelled appointment (25% is retained for non-refundable deposit) with 100% of additional pre-paid appointment(s) refunded. If a minimum of 12-hours notice of cancellation is extended, 50% of payment for the appointment will be credited to account for re-scheduling or may be refunded (credit card or check) upon specific request from client. Less than 12-hours notice of cancellation will result in forfeiture of appointment deposit/payment(s). Refunds may take up to 30-days for processing. All services exclude travel/ commute fees, as applicable, for distances beyond a 12-mile radius of Allen, 75002. Travel/ commute fees atart at $15 per round-trip for destinations 13-25 miles beyond 75002 and are quoted at the time of inquiry/scheduling. Promos/ Discounts are not applicable to travel/commute fees.
