This delightful experience will keep attendees engaged to successfully communicate and dine with grace and confidence. Class may be scheduled as a one-time workshop of series of classes. Topics include: proper introductions and social conversation; how do I eat what? utensils vs. hands, napkin usage, seating, poise & posture, body language, place settings & seating arrangements, unattractive/ unacceptable behaviors at the table, being a good dinner guest, passing food and asking for additional servings. Plus, table signals such as when to start eating, resting and done positions, eating new or unknown foods and handling food that does not please the palate. Optional topics are: social occasions & celebrations, invitations, thank you notes and social correspondence.
