In today's fast-paced world, we sometimes forget to take a moment for ourselves. Fitness and dance provide a temporary escape from your normal daily activities, a chance to relieve stress, and concentrate on yourself.

Oftentimes, when you engage in physical activity, your entire mental outlook will take on a fresh sense of creativity, motivation, and energy. This can transfer to other aspects of your life as well. Physical activity can provide an emotional outlet so that you can “work out your issues” through energy exertion and body movements.  Sometimes, the more intense, the greater release of stress and/or feeling of accomplishment.

Fitness and dance can enhance your life in so many ways:  your cardiovascular system improves, your muscle tone increases; flexibility, strength and balance improves and you burn calories. 
Dancing, in particular, isn’t just about the steps and music; it’s a perfect combination of low-impact physical activity, social interaction, and mental stimulation.
