C4U Members (valid, purchased membership) can take advantage of C4U Member rates for classes, training and events. Class Pass/Series are non-refundable, can not be cancelled and have an expiration date. No refunds or credits will be issued for class passes. However, class passes and event passes may be transferred to another person. Class passes are activated at 1st class attended or 7 days from date of purchase, whichever comes first. Event passes may be transferred to a later event or refunded if 5 days notice of cancellation is extended. Should an event be cancelled due to low registration, registrations will be refunded within 48 hours of notice of cancellation.
Note: Membership fee or the difference between standard rate and C4U member rate will be requested via email or at class, should anyone register at the C4U Member rate without a valid membership.
