Compliments 4 U Membership
The C4U Membership is a discount program offering two membership options for individuals that plan to use our services multiple times or on an ongoing basis or just a few times per year.
*Discounts are not applicable to classes held at Oak Point Center in Plano. We are an approved contractor to provide classes for City of Plano facilities - registration for their locations are managed by City/ facility.
**Discounts will not be applied to fees currently being charged for ongoing services that fall below the current published rate. Please note: Travel Fees are not discounted.

Premier Membership
The Premier Membership is recommended for individuals that plan to purchase few class passes (2+) each year. This membership includes wellness-related e-communications and allows members to take advantage of service & product discounts for one year. Discounts are also applicable to special offers, promotions, and customer appreciation incentives such as Referral Rewards (10% off for a referral that purchases a (6) class pass or 30-day Unlimited Class Pass and 20% for a referral that purchases a 60-day Unlimited Class Pass) and Renewal Rewards (10% off for renewing a class pass on or before expiration date). The discounted savings from two passes or even one pass,valued over $70, will cover the cost of a Premier membership. $15.00 per year

- Birthday Reward (effective Aug 2008): 50% off a class pass or (1) Training Session (Personal/ Sm. Group).
- Note: Discounted rates are extended to household members also.

E-Membership
The E-Membership is recommended for individuals that plan to attend a few C4U events each year and possibly take a few classes. This membership includes wellness-related e-communications and allows members to take advantage of a limited number of discounted rates for one year for select services and products. A bargain at $8.00 per year. Upgrade to Premier Membership later for an additional $8.00.
Stay health conscious and receive limited discounts with a one-year e-membership.
