What would it take for you to get into better shape?  To get in the best shape of your life or to stay in shape? You would need a program that you would actually enjoy participating in, a program you could stick to, a program that would help you get the most out of yourself. 

Our classes and style of teaching focus on the cultivation of a healthy body and joyful spirit.  We want to inspire you to maintain fitness or take action to experience a more active lifestyle that can benefit you a lifetime.  The myriad of classes we off include Zumba, Shimmy Fitness & Grooves, Yoga Rhythm and Moves and a variety of youth classes.

Zumba is a Latin dance inspired cardio class with International flavor!  Dance experience is not necessary - you'll have fun and burn some calories moving and sweating to the hot tunes.  Shimmy Fitness & Grooves provides a light to moderate cardio level class that will activate core muscles while providing a toning workout as you shimmy, groove and shake things up - you'll feel the burn with mesmerizing belly dance and exotic moves to a variety of middle eastern and world music sounds.  And if that's not enough, Yoga Rhythm and Moves will have you posing, pulsing and breathing to the beat of global rhythms with a fusion of Hatha yoga with fitness techniques and classical dance inspired moves for a low-impact workout that will heat up the room.  We also offer Xperience events as extended workshops and for private parties.

Our Miss Fit program is designed for women and every body!  Classes are provided by female instructors & trainers that understands a woman's body as well as "those awkward moments" and many body confidence issues. With Miss Fit, there's no need to feel like you're on display or self-conscious around others in a gym.  So, if you are looking to try something challenging or try something for group accountability with a group of like-minded women that share some of the same goals and challenges you face......then Miss Fit is for you!  

Benefits of our programs include loss of inches, firmer body, increased strength & endurance, improvements in physical well-being & self-confidence, nutrition education, better flexibility, stability and balance.
