Personal Training

Take advantage of personal training to reach your fitness goals if the thought of going to the gym is inconvenient or uncomfortable, or if your looking for variety, a challenge or accountability to maintain consistency when it comes to exercise and nutrition.  Just as you must eat a variety of foods for proper nutrition, you need several types of exercises to maintain and improve fitness.  We incorporate a variety of techniques in each workout and provide all the equipment needed for effective workouts in your home, at your office or outdoors. 

We can provide training on a short-term basis or long-term basis to offer custom-tailored solutions to best meet your needs.  Personal trainer rates range from $35 to $60 based on 40-minute and 55-minute training sessions for individuals & duos (1-2 people) or small groups of 3-4  people.  Fees are split among participating clients.  Training plans, to continue an exercise regimen "on your own", can be included for an additional fee per client, as applicable.

Short-term training for individuals and small groups involve two or more sessions to workout, evaluate technique, intensity and other areas offering recommendations that will make your workouts more effective with the option to add a 30-day training plan.  Long-term basis training will involve a pre-determined/confirmed workout schedule with your trainer, typically an initial 4 to 6-weeks that can be renewed monthly, every 6-weeks or quarterly at a discounted rate and includes training plans for "trainer off days" for the intial 4 to 6-weeks for all participating session clients.

For continued accountability and success, training plans can be updated for maintenance and variety, but only for clients that have scheduled/confirmed recurring sessions at least once a month.  Fees for both training session(s) with trainer and training plan(s) per client are applicable.  Refer to schedule for general availability and contact us for rates and confirmed availability.
